The Theater is closed...no signs, phone number disconnected...no warning on Google or anywhere else. Save yourself paying the parking fee and don't plan on this unless you call ahead. The locals tell… Full review by ktwangler

Fisherman's Wharf and Willy G's both validate with a meal....good for 3 hours parking.

Yes, there is an elevator. When we visited we had my wife brother with us and he is confined to a wheelchair. We had no issues with him getting around.
