Competency evaluation ordered for teen accused in Kenosha school shooting scare
The Kenosha teen accused in Roosevelt Elementary School's shooting scare last week made an appearance in court Tuesday charged with one count of making a terroristic threat. During that hearing, a commissioner determined there's enough evidence to let the case proceed through the juvenile court system.
