House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Michael McCaul says he was briefly detained by police at an airport near Washington, D.C. earlier this month.

A nervous flier, the House Foreign Affairs chief said he made a “poor decision” to mix Ambien and alcohol before his flight home to Texas on Nov. 4.

GOP Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas said he was detained by police at Dulles International Airport after he became disoriented from mixing Ambien with alcohol.

Chanel Banks, according to family members, moved to Los Angeles more than a decade ago to pursue a career in acting. According to her IMDB page, the 36-year-old is best known for roles on “Gossip Girl,” “Blue Bloods” and “Twelve.”

Police said they closed the case, saying there was no foul play and no crime suspected. Banks' family says otherwise.
